As a professional coach, consultant, and strategist in the corporate marketplace for more than 30 years, our founder, Dr. Merle Ray, MSL, SPHR, IPMA-SCP, CMP, has not strayed from that vision.
Her expansive career across the public and private marketplaces spawned growth in individuals and leaders across both industry business and ministry sectors starting as far back as 1985. Over those years, Dr. Ray has been an executive Chief Human Capital Officer in local government, a senior Director in one of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies in Corporate America; a professional in HR healthcare administration in the Texas Medical Center, and served over 20 years as CEO of her own independent consulting firm.
Dr. Ray knows how to navigate people, industries, and ministries from the inside out. Having a passion for leading impact and progress, Dr. Ray specializes in journeying with you into personal, professional and spiritual transformation. She co-partners with you, your clients, and leaders in maximizing and reaching your potential. In 2017, she began building ELEVATION LIFE TRANSFORMATION (ELTU) as The University of Christ-Centered Coaching, Leadership, & Change™ while studying to complete her doctorate degree serving the needs of executives and professionals. Dr. Ray considers training, education, and instruction for leaders to be of highest priority of our lifetime.
