PROCESS-CENTRIC EXECUTIVE COACHING combines textbook reading lectures, coaching labs, and online discussion forums to give the leader advanced knowledge of how to help others reach their goals through coaching. The course will assist faith-based leaders in mapping out a clear process for coaching that includes all aspects of the person and their organization, people, partners and leadership.
